Since I watched Playful Kiss (a korean drama for those who don't know) last year, I can't hold myself anymore from Korean-entertainment addiction. Either dramas or musics, I enjoy both of them and like it very much! I know maybe it sounds crazy, and considering my age right now, this is not a good hobby as it can lead me to a wild-impossible-dream. Sigh~ Korean dramas tend to show a picture-perfect life in a realistic way, and of course according to the viewers expectation where most of the stories are between  good looking guys and girls, whom one of them is rich and the other one is poor. Problems always come in the middle, and finally resulted in either happy or sad ending. Sounds too cliché, huh? Anyway, I think they have been very successful in making dramas that can engaged their viewers with the story line.

Other than their successful production of dramas, they also constantly producing a lot of young and talented singers, dancers, and musician. At my first impression, all of them look the same and I suppose that they go to the same plastic surgeon to fix their face, especially where plastic surgery is not a big deal anymore in Korea. Other than their good looking, I used to think that they have nothing. But in fact, I was totally WRONG. They have both pretty faces and voices with extra talent to dance. It makes them a total entertainer or let's call them a multi-entertainer. Wow. Before they were debuted as a singer or groups, they have been through many painful trainings, which have been started when they were still very young. On top of that, they also sing many nice songs with addictive melody, such as Nobody by Wonder Girls (who doesn't know this song?) or Sorry Sorry by Super Junior.

SM Entertainment
Various K-pop artists

All of the reasons and addictions above, has led me to my new activities! Which is... learning to speak Korean! LOL. I am just doing this to fill my spare time while satisfying my thirst from Korean Entertainment. Sigh~ And actually, it is not as easy as I thought. I feel like a baby starting to learn how to read and write. It even take hours for me just to read or write a couple of sentence. Hahaha And I don't even want to hear my voice when I am practicing the pronunciation. OMG. Anyway, I am really looking forward to be able to speak Korean fluently and go to Korea for real in the future! :)
